Mini-question on U2

So, going along the lines of writing shorter entries, I have a mini-question. How come U2's new song "Vertigo" have this intro: "Uno, dos, tres, katorse"?(that's one, two, three, fourteen) Unless, it was a deliberate play on the sequential counting or they have their own vertigo going on, it just confused me. But I like the song just the same, it's like going back to their early eighties musicality.
