The Diet Plan

I am semi-committed to this right now, because my co-workers and I keep giving out chocolate treats not because we are aware of each other's gym memberships but we do it out of karmic goodness -- i.e. you give me Ritter Sport Chocolate bar with Hazelnut and I give you Kit Kat White Chocolate Limited Edition, you give me an O-bento meal and I'll give you a Snickers Bar...that's the vicious cycle. In some cases, my co-workers wanted to keep chocolates out of their household, so, instead of throwing it in the trash they put it in the office common area for anyone interested to grab it, which usually happens, unfortunately. And the other bad thing about this is that it's fat season -- meaning all the food-driven holidays are coming up. You know, the acceleration of body fat is faster than the rapid activity demanded by the time.

The self-denial consolation would be the email I received from my friend which says Chocolate is a vegetable because it came from cocoa which categorically a veggie and sugar which came from the sugar cane which is a fruit. (hey, notwithstanding chemical conversion this would hold true) The devil made the derivative, curse the devil to hell!
