From a Quote, to a Quote, to a Quote
I found a blog from an American journalist that quoted an article from a Filipino online news network called ABS-CBN. It's just amusing and a little embarassing how a culture (where I came from) tend to make an ass of ourselves by using big words that managed to confused the language whence it came from. I guess we forgot that basic rule of journalism -- the message have to come across to that thing called "readers"...

Great Quotes of History
As a Journalist I am drawn to quotes like this one, which was published in an editorial in a Filipino newspaper over the weekend.
Rarely, if ever, are we wrong; and while it would take only us to point it
out, still we must admit that yesterday’s editorial might be premature
to counsel a resigned acceptance of a flawed but better than nothing House
rationalization of the fiscal incentives bill.
So what's it all about? I have absolutely no idea. What does it mean? Nobody knows. Who would write such a thing? Only a very brilliant or a deeply flawed human being.
I'll use it myself for the next intelligence bill.

By the way, I read the whole thing and I don't even understand what it is about. If you don't mind let me know what it means.
