Gallivanting Rights

I'm a free bird once again. My momentary contact with booze (see last entry) has helped me passed the course. What's left in this world for me I wonder? I walked aimlessly along the streets of San Bruno hoping to get a recourse from boredom and I ended up in the public library reading crappy magazines. Once I was going back to the car service I found out that even San Mateo County had a mini-casino called Artichoke Joe. This insignificant fact has left me my mind to distraction -- how many bestowed native american lands have been utilized for gambling purposes...

I tuned in to retail therapy albeit of a different kind. A friend was selling one-of-a kind native products that's 50% cheaper than the local Crate and Barrel, no joke. I found myself desperate for gift items and the inspiration came in the last minute. Thank God, I'm spared from mobbing the malls searching for ideas, at least the searching part was lessened up to a certain extent. The store she had set up didn't attract too many people though (who were mobbing anywhere else) and after I had an engaging conversation with another person I realized that I didn't have a decent meal that day. I never have to put up the courage to invite them (my friend, her boyfriend and the person I've met) to have dinner because all of us for some reason did not eat that day.

If you happen to see four people gobbling up a table full of food at Ihaw Ihaw Grill and managed to finish all of it, then we probably missed your stares.
