Slot Generation

You probably heard those Sandisk commercials about discovering slots which opened us to a world of expandable storage. Well,I've been taking advantage of that for months now and I can't get enough of it. I have a micro disk in my cellphone about the size of a contact lens; I've been taking crap quality pictures out of it since then. But then I never miss any sudden inspiring moments like this guy taking a sip of coffee, yet so pure and simple. Good thing that other phone drowned in a river rafting incident (not that it's intentional) but I digress.

It's a weekend I finally visited D's school of radiology. Canada College has the same breathtaking view as Skyline or San Mateo Colleges, it's almost like I can call them San Mateo's The Mountain View series. Students seem all the same --heady, high and mellow, it's the air that gets to them; I meant that in a good way. Then the price of studying in such an elevation is it gets too cold, good thing I vented out at an Old Navy store at the foot of the hill. It is shopping season, by the way, so, after school we took a dash to the nearest Stanford Mall. We thought better to make use of the gift cards. There's just so many things there we don't really want, trending is such a useless cycle. Only D did buy a nice coat, for 'porma', but then he needs an article of 'porma' wear. I settled watching rich people as most of them walk with arms over their chests and crowding near heat lamps. Perhaps as a sign of status, too, their dogs are all dressed up in pooch wear as if they're freezing like us humans. Everyone, fur has a purpose, giving them sausage cloth kinda defeats this current evolution.
